I love this store.The location on Lake City Way makes it super convenient for me.The staff is super friendly and helpful, the prices are good and my boys are always very happy with the pig's & lamb's ears and bully sticks, Himalayan yak cheese and freeze dried...stuff. (Cooper & Jojo: "We're trying to get mom to buy us whole freeze dried duck heads! They look disgusting, we can't wait to try them!")

Great experience there today. Got exactly what I needed and help from the knowledgeable staff for a CBD treat for my nervous cat. They also loved the catnip so I’ll be back for more.

Pet Pros is always very kind and helpful. The employees seem to genuinely care and seem to enjoy their jobs enough to be engaging in every interaction. It's genuinely one of the only places in Seattle that the employees don't seem annoyed when customers ask questions. We LOVE Pet Pros ☺️

Best place to get fresh bananas for my kitties. Yeowww bananas that is. The ones I buy online are just not as well regarded by my cata. Also the person working there is excellent and hilarious!

This store has a great collection of toys and treats. The person who helped me was super nice. And don't forget, they always have parking! I try to spread my pet purchases around to the locally owned stores, and Pet Pros is one of my favorites.

I've learned the hard way that grocery store cat food especially the name brands even if they're premium and claimed to have natural / limited ingredients, there are a lot of problems with mass-produced pet food! Smaller & less known brands sold by a reputable place like this are your best bet for a long, healthy life for your pet. Your pet needs a variety of food clean healthy food to avoid common ailments

Always enjoy my visits to pet pros. Friendliest staff in town and quite knowledgeable. A little disappointed that after spending over $500 I only received a handwritten i.o.u for paw points
